全大萍

全大萍,女,博士,中山大學化學學院教授、博士生導師。多年從事生物醫用高分子及複合材料的研究。承擔國家自然科學基金,省自然科學基金,國家“863”項目,省市科技攻關以及相關合作項目十多項,在植入材料,組織工程支架材料藥物緩釋載體材料的研究方面已發表論文近70篇。

科研方向

主要從事的學科領域為生物醫用高分子材料與組織工程。
研究興趣包括可吸收功能聚酯的設計與合成、神經組織工程(中樞神經、外周神經)、眼科中基因/藥物的納/微米傳輸。
產業化方向包括:高強度可吸收骨折內固定器件(骨螺釘、克氏針、骨板等)、可吸收高分子植入器械(膜、片、夾等)以及各類二類醫療器械。
在研項目包括:NSFC-廣東聯合基金重點項目、國家自然科學面上基金、廣東省科技計畫重點科技專項等。

科研項目

主要學術成績
多年從事可吸收聚乳酸類材料的合成、加工與套用。在神經組織工程研究中,課題組設計構建出具有納米纖維結構的多通道神經導管,並實現了生長因子的溫和固定與零級釋放,這種模仿了天然神經基質結構的神經導管其功能在外周和脊髓損傷修復中得到很好的驗證。課題組在可吸收聚乳酸類材料的結構與性能方面有很好的積累,研發的高強度可吸收內固定器械已經產業化。
