研究方向

植物經典分類學、植物系統與分子進化、歷史生物地理、進化軟體與算法、自然科技資源平台建設、資源植物保護與利用、外來入侵植物等。

研究內容

對四川省植物進行了深入的經典分類學研究,尤以對中國傘形科獨活屬進行了全面的細胞學、分子系統學和生物地理學研究;對歷史生物地理學軟體和算法、進化算法和祖先性狀重構進行了深入研究;對四川分布的種子植物區系和物種現狀及植物資源進行了的野外考察、分類鑑定、保護和開發研究工作;對植物標本資料庫與信息系統和共享平台進行了系統的研究;對多個自然保護區進行了生物多樣性調查;進行了外來入侵物種及其防治研究等。
