學術成就
現為國際刊物“Commun Soil Sci Plant Anal、“Environ Agric & Food Sci” 編委，美國農業部及瑞典國際基金會特邀科技項目評審專家，“Soil Sci Soc Am J”、“J Environ Qual”、“Soil Sci”、“Environ. Sci Techol”、“Australian J Agric Res”、“Chemosphere”、“Agric Ecosys & Environ”、“Environ Pollut”等國際學術刊物特邀審稿人。主要研究領域包括土壤化學、微生物生態、土壤質量生物學評價等。主持中國-歐共體重大國際合作、國家傑出青年科學基金、國家基金等項目20餘項。主編出版專著2部，其中英文專著1部，著作章節25篇。在“Water Res”、“Soil Sci Soc Am J”、“Soil Biol Biochem”、“J Environ Qual”、“Soil Sci”、“Environ Pollut”、“Chemosphere”、“J Agr Food Chem”、“J Exper Bot”等國際學術刊物上發表SCI論文110餘篇，被SCI源期刊論文他引800多次。研究成果獲教育部自然科學二等獎等獎勵4項。在國際學術會議上作特邀大會報告4次，並應邀在國際著名雜誌“Advance in Agronomy”上發表專題綜述論文。為國家傑出青年科學基金和國家教育部跨世紀人才基金獲得者。
