何嘯，北京科技大學計算機科學與技術系副教授，主要研究模型驅動的軟體工程，領域建模和領域語言，數據轉換等。主持國家自然科學基金項目《模型轉換靜態驗證方法研究》。

2006年畢業於北京大學，獲得計算機科學與技術專業理學學士學位。
2012年畢業於北京大學，獲得計算機軟體與理論專業理學博士學位。
2012年7月進入北京科技大學工作。
2015年至2016年赴荷蘭格羅寧根大學做訪問學者。
