研究方向

結合醫學生物學、微生物學、食品科學等學科領域的理論與技術,開展微環境與信號通路、營養-生理與遺傳-健康方面的研究工作,尤其在食藥同源的食物影響哺乳動物細胞增殖、心血管健康和機體穩態的分子機制研究方面取得了一定成績。
