This thesis tries to make a normative study of corporate moral responsibility in the view of ethics and focuses on the corporate’s moral responsibility to emphasize the value orientation of human standard view and Confucian ethics culture. Constructing the contemporary corporate responsibility from the two dimensions of internal and external in the all-round new path. The research of corporate moral responsibility itself needs to explore the historical and semantic, pragmatic and other dimensions of responsibility. We should investigate the things that those responsible should do and the condemnation and sanctions they would accept because of the absence of function; make clear the psychological analysis of responsibility cognition, responsibility emotion, responsibility willing and responsibility behavior; confirm the normative nature of moral responsibility and affirm the normative judgment is the core of the responsibility and attribution.
