任小明,博士,南京工業大學理學院教授,博士生導師。2000年9月,南京大學配位化學研究所,獲理學博士學位;2000年10月至2002年5月,南京大學電子科學與工程系博士後;2002年5月至2003年11月,Research Fellow in Max-Planck Institute for Solids, Stuttgart, Germany; 2003年11月至2005年12月,JSPS researcher in Research Institute for Electronic Science, Hokkaido University, Japan。2005年12底回國,2006年7月,南京工業大學理學院教授,2007年1月獲博士研究生導師資格。2010年12月加入南京工大學材料化學工程國家重點實驗室。
