付紅斐，男，山東平度人，計算數學專業理學博士，副教授，碩士生導師，基礎數學系副主任。2000-2009年于山東大學先後獲得理學學士、理學博士學位。主要從事偏微分方程數值解法、最優控制問題數值算法等方面的研究工作。主持或參與各類教學、科研項目10餘項，在 Computer Methods in Applied Mechanics and Engineering， Journal of Scientific Computing，Numerical Methods for Partial Differential Equations等國內外重要期刊上發表科研論文20餘篇，其中SCI收錄12篇。2012年獲中國石油大學（華東）第14次青年教師講課比賽二等獎。2013年帶領基礎數學系獲中國石油大學（華東）“優秀基層教學組織”。
