付石友，哈爾濱工業大學（威海），教授，博士生導師，中共黨員，1963年5月出生，黑龍江省依蘭縣人。

人物經歷
1984年7月參加工作，1996年5月加入中國共產黨。1980年考入吉林大學物理系，1984年7月畢業，獲理學學士學位。1986年考入中國科學院物理研究所，於1992年1月畢業，獲理學博士學位。
1984年7月在大慶石油學院任教，1997年調入哈爾濱工業大學（威海）理學系任教。1993年晉升為副教授，1998年晉升為教授。1999年2月任校長助理，2002年7月任副校長。
研究方向
- 海洋雷射探測技術；2.雷射光譜技術；3.雷射套用技術
主要從事的科研領域為凝聚態物理和材料物理，在Raman光譜學、表面界面物理學過程、納米材料研究等方面，具有較深的造詣。
主要貢獻
先後在《物理學報》等國內重要學術刊物上發表論文30餘篇，主編教材一部。目前主要從事教學、科研和高等教育管理工作。
