現將2009年上海B股非交收日通知如下：
一、全年雙休日，即星期六和星期日，為B股非交收日。
二、國定假期B股非交收日安排如下：
1、元旦
2009年1月1日至2009年1月2日為非交收日。2008年12月29日、30日、31日發生的B股交易，資金交收日依次為2009年1月5日、6日、7日。
2、春節
2009年1月26日至2009年1月30日為非交收日。2009年1月21日、22日、23日發生的B股交易，資金交收日依次為2009年2月2日、3日、4日。
3、清明節
2009年4月6日為非交收日。2009年4月1日、2日、3日發生的B股交易，資金交收日依次為2009年4月7日、8日、9日。
4、五一勞動節
2009年5月1日為非交收日。2009年4月28日、29日、30日發生的B股交易，資金交收日依次為2009年5月4日、5日、6日。
5、端午節
2009年5月28日至2009年5月29日為非交收日。2009年5月22日和25 發生的B股交易，資金交收日為2009年6月1日，2009年5月26日、27日發生的B股交易，資金交收日依次為2009年6月2日、6月3日。
6、國慶節、中秋節
2009年10月1日至2009年10月8日為非交收日。2009年9月28日、29日、30日發生的B股交易，資金交收日依次為2009年10月9日、13日、14日。
三、美國銀行節假日為B股非交收日，具體日期如下：

Holi days of 2009 are as follows：
1. Saturdays and Sundays are holidays throughout the year.
2. Settlement of Shanghai B Share is closed during the following national holidays.
The New Year’s Day
The market is to close from January 1st to January 2nd， 2009.Settlement date for trades completed on December 29th， 30th and 31st，2008 is January 5th， 6th and 7th， 2009 respectively.
The Spring Festival
The market is to close from January 26th to January 30th， 2009.Settlement date for trades completed on January 21st， 22nd and 23rd，2009 is February 2nd， 3rd and 4th， 2009 respectively.
The Qing Ming Festival
The market is to close on April 6th， 2009. Settlement date for tradescompleted on April 1st， 2nd and 3rd， 2009 is April 7th， 8th and 9th，2009 respectively.
Labor Day
The market is to closeon May 1st， 2009. Settlement date for trades completed on April 28th，29th and 30th， 2009 is May 4th， 5th and 6th， 2009 respectively.
The Duan Wu Festival
The market is to close from May 28th to May 29th， 2009. Settlementdate for trades completed on May 22nd and 25th， 2009 is June 1st， 2009.Settlement date for trades completed on May 26th and 27th， 2009 is June2nd and 3rd， 2009 respectively.
National Day and The Mid-Autumn Festival
