本書為修訂圖書，該書出版10年來，發行量很大，累計冊數近2萬冊，並將著作權售予台灣。因陸續有讀者需要此書，所以，此次策劃了第3版。本書首先介紹眼部相關診病基礎，然後介紹各種疾病在不同位置的反應。重點介紹了各種疾病在眼睛上反應的情況，並經過治療後的對比，這樣，可是此療法更為科學和使用。配有大量的圖片，均是作者新近提供的。配有光碟，光碟中一改過去以書內容的順序介紹，而是採納讀者的意見，將增加圖片的容量，可使患者在輕鬆的狀態下學習望眼診病技術。
