項目摘要
隨著全球氣候變暖,北半球中高緯地區植被生長季延長的現象明顯;然而,其變化的大小及其分布存在著相當大的不確定性。植被生長期的變化對陸地生態系統和大氣系統之間的物質與能量交換有著深刻的影響。全面了解全球變化背景下的我國植被物候變化及其與碳循環的作用機制,具有深遠的科學意義和套用前景。本項目擬利用已有的基於地面觀測的物候數據、陸地碳通量數據、遙感數據以及氣象數據,並藉助遙感、GIS和數據同化等新技術的支持,研究過去30年中國陸地植被生長期變化及其機制,在此基礎上,發展適合中國植被的物候模型,並套用到基於生理生態過程的陸地碳循環模型中,探討生長期與中國陸地生態系統淨第一性生產力(NPP)和淨生態系統生產力(NEP)的關係,據此闡明過去和未來植被生長期變化對中國陸地碳循環的影響。本項目的實施不僅有助於揭示中國陸地碳循環過程對氣候變化的回響機理,而且將為制定我國陸地生態系統的有效管理提供科學依據。
