由中國長城學會、中共北京市延慶區委宣傳部、《文明》雜誌社等單位聯合主辦的中國長城文化學術研討會，於2019年10月28日至31日在北京延慶八達嶺長城召開。參會學者就長城學術研究、保護、精神文化價值、文旅等方面議題進行了充分交流，與會學者提交的論文彙編為《中國長城文化學術研討會論文集》。文集屬文史研究性質，其論文主要涉及長城的哲學思考、長城文化與長城價值、長城文化的展示解讀體系、長城旅遊景區可持續發展模式、長城建築研究、長城景區的開發與保護等。 文集出版後，供長城研究、保護和文旅領域的學者，用於長城學術研究和保護工作。
