《中國職場性別歧視調查》篇幅不長，內容均來自第一手資料。其中既有關於職場性別歧視現狀的綜合報告，又有若干個案訪談的記錄和案例分析。全書分為三個部分：第一部分中國職場性別歧視狀況研究報告，對當前職場性別歧視的類型進行逐個調查數據分析和系統論述；第二部分個案訪談，通過對十位職場女性在不同行業所遭受到的職場性別歧視進行訪談，並在此基礎上進行法律方面的評述；第三部分案例分析，以中心代理的十起典型職場性別歧視方面的案例進行逐一分析和總結，在案例分析中提出當前職場性別歧視案件所面臨的立法、司法或執法方面的困難和疑惑，並以此為基礎進行分析和研究。
