中國社會科學院的中國海外投資國家風險評級體系（CROIC）從中國企業和主權財富的海外投資視角出發，構建了經濟基礎、償債能力、社會彈性、政治風險、對華關係五大指標共41個子指標，通過大量數據量化評估了中國企業在海外投資方面面臨的風險。本評級體系試圖通過提供風險警示，為企業提高海外投資成功率提供參考。

作者簡介

張明，經濟學博士，研究員，中國社會科學院世界經濟與政治研究所國際投資研究室主任，研究領域為國際金融與中國巨觀經濟。曾在香港金融管理局與哈佛大學甘迺迪政府學院做訪問學者。出版《全球危機下的中國變局》、《中國的高儲蓄：特徵事實與部門分析》等學術著作，在國內外學術期刊上發表學術論文多篇，並在國內外財經媒體上發表大量的財經評論。,中國社會科學院世界經濟與政治研究所國際投資研究室研究員。
