課程簡介

中國文化博大精深,其 “向上之心強,相與之情厚”的文化精神體現在人倫之間的言語、禮貌、態度等日常行為中。中華文明更是“溥博如天,淵泉如淵”,作為世界歷史上唯一不曾間斷的文明形態,其哲學基礎是什麼?先哲們的哲學思維和宇宙觀,價值觀和世界觀是什麼?在中華文明復興並走向世界的當代,我們應如何從中擷珍?從何處著手學習了解?如何講述中國故事?如何將鐫刻著“大氣、大美、大和、大同”的壯麗文化繪卷向世界展現?
本課程以中英雙語講解,通過正篇學習、中外對話、經典誦讀、交流探討、經典文獻雙語閱讀等環節,旨在帶領大家從多重視角體悟中國傳統文化,思考其在不同時代中,對於個人、社會以及世界的意義。幫助大家在品味經典的同時,在傳統中尋找中國智慧、重新認識並發現自我,從哲學層面提升自身文化素養、喚起文化自覺並堅定文化自信。
本課程主要學習內容摘自《論語》、《大學》、《孟子》、《中庸》、《道德經》、《莊子》、《荀子》和《孫子兵法》等作品的重要章節。英文譯本主要參考中國專家以及外國漢學家作品。
