《中國、歐洲和南美民間組織對話會後續案例集（英文版）》講述世界上不同行動者之間的對話和協調對於構建世界民主治理至關重要。然而，儘管世界各地區的不同公民、行業、商業和文化領域的接觸不斷增加，但是其目標和願望並非總是以一個聲音講話，以彌補全球化留下的政治空缺。2013年5月在北京舉行的“中國—歐洲—南美民間組織三方對話會”表達了這種願望，並發表了下述聯合宣言。這一共識涉及改變我們連繫方式的幾個基本方面。
