項目摘要
隨著納米科技的迅猛發展,人們愈來愈關注由單個納米粒子組裝而形成的納米粒子有序組裝體,因為這種納米粒子的集合體由於存在單個納米粒子之間的耦合作用而呈現出新奇的結構依賴性質並具有十分廣闊的套用前景。作為一種高效且低成本的、自下而上形成納米粒子有序組裝體的方法,膠體粒子的自組裝過程引起人們極大的研究興趣,而不對稱膠體粒子的組裝行為逐漸開始成為人們關注的一個焦點。本項目擬深入而系統地研究不對稱膠體粒子在溶液相中和界面處的組裝行為。一方面利用超分子作用、空缺作用及其它弱相互作用來誘導不對稱膠體粒子在溶液中的可控組裝,另一方面利用溶劑揮發誘導法並結合二維有序圖案化模板的輔助作用,在兩相界面處實現不對稱膠體粒子的大面積有序組裝,構造出一系列具有新奇、複雜結構及特定功能的納米粒子組裝體,並揭示其在化學與生物感測等領域的套用潛力。初步獲得有關不對稱膠體粒子在溶液中和界面處的組裝行為的一些規律性認識。
