When receiving an inquiry, we will make a pre-move servery for fee, including measuring the estimated volume, making a schedule for relocation and explaining the customs forms. The quotation should be sent within 2 days after survey
2. Commission
Having confirmed the quotation and moving date, we will sign the contract and send some materials for clients' private goods. We will arrange everything for the full preparation before the packing date.
3. Packing
Our experienced workers will arrive at the packing address on time and offer professional packing service as your demand. Full protection of the wall and floor is necessary and different kinds of packing materials will be used for all kinds of goods.
4. Operation
Trust mover will help to operate the customs declaration, booking, sea/air freight shipping, documents handling with our full-range service for you.
5. Destination service
After arriving the destination port, goods will be cleaned by our agent if you choose the door to door service. Otherwise you should clear customs and pick-up the goods by yourself in the way of door to port service.
6. Delivery
Our agent will deliver the goods to your home, unload and move into your house, unpack items, put them in the right place and remove the debris after working.

Our supervisor will check the ground and wall with client and fill in the valuables inventory for reminder of your valuables.
Professional packers will put on shoe covers and then pack everything as your demand. The supervisor
will make a packing list during the packing for you.
包裝完成後，製作物品點號單、清點件數、物品搬運上車，並向您簽名確認體積和件數清單；
When packing is completed, our supervisor will review the ground and the wall for any inspection of your wall and floor and help to check items with the packing list.
Arrange for the transportation and deliver the goods in time. When reaching new home, unload and move into your house, unpack items and put them in the right place.
