上海中康國際旅行社有限公司是以總經理負責制，副總經理分管制的管理方式，對各部門、各項目直接管理，統一調度，統一把控，很好地把握公司的全局。而且強調各部門都以項目為中心，所有工作聚焦旅遊的統一目標，充分利用公司資源優勢，直接、有力地支持每個旅遊項目。

公司從成立開始，將企業文化精髓，溶入到管理工作的每個細節中。我們一直堅定地認為，一個優秀企業的塑造要靠每位員工的共同努力，只有創造了良好的工作氛圍才能調動員工的積極性，才能有好的執行力，只有有好的執行，才能有好的結果。

2、聚焦旅遊，給旅遊項目以強大的“支撐力”

旅遊項目是企業發展的根源。我們要求，每個部門都要以項目為中心開展工作，以項目的需求為工作的側重點。為更好掌握項目的進展情況，我們實行每周例會制度和各部門隨時協助支持項目的機制，以保證項目的整體服務水平。
