工作培訓經歷
2007. 6 – 2007. 12 獲荷蘭瓦赫寧根大學（Wageningen University）獎學金資助赴荷作訪問學者研究，研究內容“不同牧草高度對奶牛牧食行為及牛奶脂肪酸成分的影響”。
2008. 11 赴以色列Neew Ya’ar研究所學習家畜能量代謝研究，掌握了家畜能量代謝的原理，學會了採用開放式家畜呼吸測熱系統+改裝心率測定儀測定家畜產熱、畜產品沉積能的方法。同時建立了與以方的長期合作關係。
2008. 1 – 蘭州大學生命科學學院講師，講授《畜牧學》課程。參與國家自然科學重點基金《三江源區高寒草甸退化分異過程及調控機理》（2008-2011），負責家畜放牧試驗。參與國家科技支撐計畫項目《西藏氂牛良種選育高效養殖及產業開發研究》課題“飼草料生產體系研究”（2007-2010），課題協調聯繫人，實施負責人。
