丁楊林

丁楊林,男,博士中國農業大學植物科學系副教授,2009年在安徽農業大學獲得理學學士學位,2015年在中國農業大學獲得理學博士學位。2015-2018年在中國農業大學園藝學院從事博士後研究。2018年入選中國農業大學“高層次人才”引進計畫。近年來在Developmental Cell、EMBO Journal、Trends in Plant Science、Molecular Cell、Nature Communications、Plant Cell、New Phytologist等國際雜誌上發表研究論文十餘篇。

研究方向

隨著全球氣候的變化,溫度脅迫(高溫和低溫)已經成為限制植物生長發育、地理分布及產量的重要限制性因素之一。丁楊林主要通過分子生物學、遺傳學和生物化學等手段,研究植物感知和回響低溫脅迫的分子機理,以擬南芥為研究材料,系統研究蛋白激酶和蛋白磷酸酶調控植物抗凍性的生理及分子機制;另一方面以玉米為研究材料,通過正向遺傳學,反向遺傳學以及蛋白質組學等手段研究玉米抗高、低溫的分子機理,構建玉米回響溫度脅迫的遺傳調控網路,為培育抗高溫或者抗低溫玉米新品種提供理論基礎和基因資源。
