3． 具體的留學時間安排；

學習計畫書的行文風格和文章結構與個人陳述有很大不同，不需要太多個性化和感性的描述，而應該是結構清楚簡潔，邏輯嚴密，闡述的事實明確，相關論占有力可托，學成回國的理由要非常充分，不能和申請人的其他材料發生矛盾。
因為使館的工作職員天天要處理大量的檔案，因此學習計畫書切不可寫的太長，一般不應超過800字，並且說明一個題目最好只用一個段落，段落前加上標題，如 My Choice of University of Toronto in Canada ,My career objective 等，以便使館的工作職員對您一段內容的中心思想一目了然。您的闡述應該清楚易懂。
最後需要重點說的是，因為學習計畫書在英語表達上要求非常有條理，邏輯嚴密，簡潔有力，這是大多數中國申請人所難以達到的，因為語法錯誤和邏輯關係的失誤往往會導致理解的偏差。因此請專門的機構由外籍專家進行語言上的修改。
當然，申請者還要根據自己的實際情況來設計構思讀書計畫書。並根據個人情況從不同角度說明以上方面的內容。
一篇好的study plan應該包括什麼
簽證職員大多時候10秒必需看完一份study plan,所以你寫study plan學習計畫的時候，應該力求言簡意賅,條理清晰。
簡要模式
1。自報家門。例如：My name is XXX, I come from beijing XXXX college, and...
2。申請的學校和專業。例如：I want to apply the PhD degree in YYYY University in ZZZZ.
3。申請專業和學校的緣由。大家可以根據自己的情況來完成內容。
4。學成以後的計畫。例如： I will go back to China after I completed my study in the Canada. And I will get a job in XXXX field。
5。禮節內容。例如：Thanks for taking your time to read my words. Kindly please consider my application and give a young ambitions man(lady) a chance to realize his/her dream.

一份好的留學計畫書（Study Plan）對於一份完整的學生簽證申請有著不可低估的影響是簽證申請的重要一個環節，它有可能決定你是不是能打開你的留學大門，因為客觀、合理的留學計畫能夠使閱讀它的簽證官相信你出國的唯一目的是讀書、而非其它的意向。因此怎樣書寫的文本才能避免“移民傾向”的判斷呢？
study plan 大致根據下面這5個問題寫的，這是使館的規定。
1.Why you wish to come to Canada to study at the school and in the program for which you have been accepted;
2. What is your overall educational goal
3. Why you are not pursuing less expensive alternatives in China (what are those alternatives? have you investigated them?)
4. What ties do you have to China that will lead you to return to China following your course of studies?
5. How will this Canadian diploma/degree increase your chances in the Chinese labour market
下面構總結了一些關於寫study plan的小技巧，因為如果寫不好的話，你的簽證就可能失敗，特別是不能讓VO看出來有移民傾向，大多數的簽證官對你移民傾向的判定都是根據這個來判的。
1.字數不要寫太多，一共5個問題，每個問題回答幾十個字就行了，這樣一篇文章下來500-600字就足夠了，因為寫的多了，也許會出現什麼錯誤，所謂言多必失。
2.寫第一個問題的時候，必然會介紹那個地方有什麼優勢，這個一定不能多寫，最多2句點綴一下就好，要不簽證官會以為你不想回來了。接下來對你申請的學校進行介紹，這裡應該對你的學校有讚揚和表達出嚮往的意思。
3.第二個關於目標，這裡每個人的情況都不一樣，但我覺得這裡可以提一下自己回國的想法，但不要多寫，因為下面還要解釋。
4.第三個問題可以寫那個地方的教育質量了，教學水平了，一些優勢，結合你申請的學校和自身的專業寫。這裡可以強調下這個專業學成歸國後的一些優勢。
5.第四個問題資金來源的解釋就根據你準備的材料去說就行。
6.下面就是回國計畫，這個相當重要的，個人覺得要想不讓簽證官懷疑，就必須寫的這個專業在中國的前景很好，最好用數字說明，數字是最有說服力的（不要任意編造，用事實說話）。
7.寫下畢業後怎么樣在中國發展也可以，一定不要有在國外的想法（有也不能寫出來），比如學什麼回來乾什麼都要寫到。
8.感謝簽證官員對你的申請，能夠給以重視和考慮。寫完後請人幫你看看修改下，修改出一些有邏輯錯誤等等的問題，讓這篇文章達到最好。整篇文章完成後要讓人看起來很自然，協調，前後關聯比較緊密，這樣一篇不錯的study plan就完成了。
My study plan is to pursue a Ph.D. at the x x x University in Canada concentrating on the discipline of robotics. This is a natural progression for me, because I already possess a BA and an MA both related to control, computer science and robotics research. What is my overall educational objective?

Those plans include using my research findings to establish my own robotics high technology company, with the help of my father and a professor at x x x University. My father is an official with extensive connections, and he is in a position to provide his full support in R & D financing and market development. Through him, I can navigate my way through red tape and meet the people with the knowledge regarding potential business. With regard to the professor, he is my former advisor and my current employer, so we know each other well and have a proven fruitful relationship.
