stober方法是一種合成單分散矽顆粒的物理化學方法,由Werner Stöber等人最先發現。一般是指通過將TEOS加入乙醇和氨水中生成納米二氧化矽顆粒的方法。
將23.5 mL二次蒸餾水,63.3 mL異丙醇,13 mL氨水(25-28%)混合併35°C油浴。然後滴加0.6 mL 99% TEOS,劇烈攪拌反應30分鐘,得到二氧化矽球種子溶液。然後,再滴加5 mL TEOS,繼續反應2小時。最後離心乾燥即可(Briefly, SiO2 nanospheres were synthesized by a modified Stöbermethod. In a typical reaction, 23.5 ml of water, 63.3 ml of 2-propanol,and 13 ml of ammonia (25 to 28%) were mixed and heated in an oilbath to 35°C. Then, 0.6 ml of TEOS (99%) was added dropwise to thissolution, and the reaction was continued for 30 min under vigorousstirring to form the silica seeds. Then, 5 ml of TEOS was addeddropwise to the reaction system. The reaction mixture was kept for2 hours at 35°C.
