Remark：（晶片頻率重標識）晶片製造商為了方便自己的產品定級，把大部分CPU都設定為可以自由調節倍頻和外頻，它在同一批CPU中選出好的定為較高的一級，性能不足的定位較低的一級，這些都在工廠內部完成，是合法的頻率定位方法。但出廠以後，經銷商把低檔的CPU超頻後，貼上新的標籤，當成高檔CPU賣的非法頻率定位則稱為Remark。因為生產商有權力改變自己的產品，而經銷商這樣做就是侵犯著作權，不要以為只有軟體才有著作權，硬體也有著作權呢。

日常用法
Remark這個單詞常見於一些外資公司或企業的檔案中，用法相當於中文的“備註”。一般用於補充說明以及提醒。而該詞用作“備註”或“提醒”時，常以複數形式（Remarks)出現。
語法與慣用法
1.用作動詞（及物或不及物），表示“說”或“議論”，尤指通過發表評論而“說”，使用時注意以下兩點：
(1) 用作不及物動詞，其後通常接介詞(up)on：Everyone remarked on his absence. 大家都在議論他的缺席。/The guests remarked on her new dress. 來賓對她那件新衣服品頭論足。
(2) 用作及物動詞，其後只能接 that 從句（或引出直接引語），而不能接名詞或代詞作賓語：He remarked that it was getting late. 他說天色已晚。/The editor remarked that the article was well written. 編輯說這篇文章寫得很好。
有時引出直接引語："It’s too expensive"，he remarked. “太貴了”，他說。
2.用作名詞，注意以下用法：
(1) 是可數名詞：I should be pleased to have your remarks. 我將高興地聽聽你的高見。
(2) 表示“關於…的評論或意見”，一般用介詞 on, about：They all made nice remarks about the good food. 他們都對這豐盛的飯菜表示讚賞。/We should be interested to hear your remark son the passage we have just read. 我們很有興趣聽聽你對我們剛剛讀過的這個段落有什麼高見。
