When Arthur shows up at work wearing a tight-fitting pair of leather pants, Tory and Cleo are smitten. The two ladies proceed to make life hell for their good-looking office assistant by accusing him of mistake after mistake and then forcing him to accept their bondage punishment - the better to stroke, tease and fondle him.
