The film tells the story of Trace a major closet-case who freaks out when his boyfriend publicly proposes to him. In order to escape his relationship woes, Trace wanders off in the restaurant only to get sucked into the strange world of the Kabuki Joint where fantasy comes to life. This genre-crossing, gender-bending short film is about overcoming fear and realizing what matters most.
