作者簡介
馬慶鈺，北京師範大學人文和社會科學高等研究院特聘教授，中央黨校（國家行政學院）教授，博士生導師，社會治理創新工程首席專家。主要兼職有：中國社會組織促進會副會長，國家民政部專家，全國基層政權建設和社區治理專家委員會顧問專家，國家社科基金評審組專家，北京慈善協會副會長，首都慈善聯合會副會長，北京萬眾社會創新研究院院長等。發表政治學行政學和社會治理論文與文章200餘篇，出版專著、合著、主編作品16部。獲國務院政府特殊津貼榮譽。
