《Norwegian Wood（This Bird Has Flown）》（通常簡稱為“Norwegian Wood”）是英國搖滾樂隊The Beatles的一首歌，首次發行於樂隊1965年專輯《Rubber Soul》。
John Lennon完成了這首歌的大部分，最後在作詞上Paul McCartney幫了一些忙（歌曲創作者標為Lennon–McCartney）。這是搖滾樂隊第一次在歌曲中使用印度傳統樂器西塔琴，由George Harrison彈奏。

迪倫灌錄了一首諷刺性的模仿作，他叫它做《4th Time Around》，收進於「Blonde on Blonde」內。列儂對此很猜疑。當迪倫在倫敦當著他面前唱這首歌時，他感到渾身不自在，但後來他知道迪倫始終不是有心打擊他的。
1988年，Paul McCartney很想為「綠色和保平抗酸雨運動」使用這首歌。他在寫給數千名英國人的信中說：“你還記得《Norwegian Wood》？記得的會由歌曲的名字聯想起一大遍已消失的森林的畫面。如果你的家庭喜愛野外，我懇切要求你的援手。”
