創作背景

以少女時代徐賢的朋友而出名的李煥熙變身為性感女戰士。8日公開MV劇照的李煥熙在之前的《少女時代徐賢的朋友》、《少女時代第10位成員》、《SM練習生》等標籤上，宣布作為solo歌手正式活動。

主打歌《Monroe's Heel》以作曲家金建宇的歌曲再現了風靡一時的性感偶像瑪麗蓮·夢露。生前的夢露為了給人一種性感的感覺，將一隻高跟鞋剪掉0.6cm的故事為背景，表現了現代女性高傲堂堂正正的樣子。其特點是在幹練的節奏上混合吉他和辛斯。

MV預告了與第一張單曲《秘密》中展現青澀少女完全不同的李煥熙的性感美和強烈的表演。所屬公司WandyEntertainment的金俊浩代表自信地表示：“歌謠界隱藏著李煥熙的寶石終於要發光了”，“可以期待”。
