她在2009年7月的時候發行了她的首支單曲” Love Lives On”，緊接著，在2009年8月4日的時候發行了一張以同樣的名字命名的EP，EP中包括了“Love Lives On”這首歌和其他的歌，比如“Times Like These” & “Wildflowers”，另外，“Blossom in the Dust”已經在熱門鄉村音樂排行榜上打榜了。來自The New York Times的Jon Caramanica曾說 "The next generation proposes a range of options. Mallary Hope的早期：

早期幼時，Mallary開始在其父親位於Cohutta的教堂里唱歌，到了她9歲的時候，她開始用自己的方式在Nashville Palace登台唱 "Unchained Melody" 和 "Daddy's Hands." 她在12歲的時候創作了屬於自己的第一首歌。到了15歲的時候，Mallary Hope以每年100到150美元的薪酬在美國南部巡迴表演。她的家庭也舉家搬至田納西的納什維爾，至此，Mallary可以開始追逐她那“盼望成為一名錄音歌手”的夢想，她以一個“home-schooled student“的方式完成了高中課程，然後開始在城鄉內外宣傳自己Mallary式的鄉村音樂！
