Joutsenlaulu（天鵝之歌）是芬蘭搖滾樂隊Yö於1984年發行的單曲，收錄在其第二張錄音室專輯《Nuorallatanssija》中。這首歌由樂隊鍵盤手Jussi Hakulinen創作，樂隊主唱Olli Lindholm認為自己不能充分理解這首歌，於是由Jussi Hakulinen親自演唱。
