劇情簡介

Thakur Kamal Kapoor is a wealthy, principled,and punctual man, who will not tolerate anything, even music in his palatial home. Thakur only motto in life is to make money, as every second is spent on making and earning money, at any cost. His elder son, Amar Kumar (Monty) rebels against this, and is warned. But Amar does not heed this warning, and even falls in love with a poor gypsy girl, Jyoti (Huma Khan), and both elope in order to escape the wrath of his dad. The Thakur's second son, Pawan Kumar (Kumar Gaurav) is sent away abroad so that there are no lingering bad influences on his life. Years later, Pawan returns home, and is the exact cold-hearted and arrogant, as his dad. Amar Kumar and his wife pass away and leave their only child, a son, with Amar's sister-in-law, the beautiful Dilruba (Padmini Kolhapure), and writes his father to forvie him. Thakur forgives Amar and asks Pawan to go and bring his grandson home. Pawan, arrogant as ever, sets forth to get his nephew, with the help of MGM (Rakesh Bedi), and meets a host of less-than-fortunate people, like Dilruba, and Vicky (Shakti Kapoor). His attitude does not get him anywhere with Dilruba and he is forced to assume another identity to try and get his nephew home, that of Aashiq. Will his dual identity be revealed, and will this assist him in getting his nephew home? In the meantime back home his dad is planning Pawan's marriage with Meenakshi (Kiran Vairale), who has designs and an agenda of her own. Notable song: "Koi pardesi aaya pardes mein......." is Mohamed Rafi is good. Lyrics are by Anand Bakshi. There are three other producers responsible for producing this movie.
