作者簡介
珍·古道爾（Jane Goodall，1934-），英國生物學家、動物行為學家，世界一流的黑猩猩研究權威，國際知名動物保育人士和環境保護人士，國際非營利機構組織“珍·古道爾研究會”創辦人。古道爾博士致力於黑猩猩的野外研究長達38年，並取得了豐碩成果。此外，古道爾博士還熱心投身於環境教育和公益事業。1995年她被英國女王伊莉莎白二世封為皇家女爵士，2002年獲頒聯合國和平使者稱號。
目前，古道爾博士奔走於世界各地，呼籲人們保護野生動植物和地球環境。
