創作背景
1995年，惠特妮·休斯頓出演了電影《待到夢醒時分》。本來惠特妮·休斯頓只想專心演好角色，並不想參與原聲專輯的錄製。但是後來惠特妮·休斯頓被電影原聲帶的製作人娃娃臉說服。娃娃臉向惠特妮·休斯頓播放了電影主題曲《Exhale (Shoop Shoop)》後，惠特妮就喜歡上了這首歌，並主動要求演唱。
