布魯克是個孤兒，但她一直夢想成為時裝設計師，並在全國聞名的時裝大學就讀。但是一天她突然得知她毫無耳聞的祖父去世的訊息，之後她的生活變得天翻地覆。不僅獲得巨額遺產，還搖身一變成為了黑幫老大。與此同時，一位聯邦調查局的調查員扮成學校新生試圖接近布魯克，而他的目標是獲得證據，將布魯克的黑幫家族一網打盡。
