研究方向

主要從事生物多樣性與生物入侵等領域研究工作,主要研究成果發表在Ecology Letters、The ISME Journal、Journal of Applied Ecology、Annual Review of Plant Biology和Nature Ecology & Evolution等生態學領域權威期刊上。具體涉及如下方面:
1、生物入侵和達爾文歸化謎團。以農業棄耕地、人工控制性草地實驗和細菌微宇宙為研究對象,闡明物種進化歷史和功能性狀如何影響外來生物的入侵樂墊凳和危害。
2、島嶼生物地理學。以杭州千島湖為模式系統,研究微生物是否具有和植物一樣的生物地理格局,揭示微生物雅淋群落構建機制及其對生態系統功能的影響整項民。
3、群落演替和生態恢復。利用長期演替連續觀測研究,探討外來種入侵和土著物種滅絕如何影響群落演替進程,嘗試利用演替理論指導踏凝騙受損生態系統的加速恢復。
4、其他群落生態學相關方向。
