學術成就
2012年工作至今主要研究方向為細胞衰老和端粒調控的分子機制研究,包括利用端粒酶陽性的腫瘤細胞揭示了端粒酶RNA亞基轉錄後加工的新機制,利用渦蟲模型研究了端粒穩態維持和個體再生的機制,開發了端粒穩態調控的新靶點;發現非經典轉錄因子Ccndbp1通過結合成肌關鍵因子MyoD促進骨骼肌分化,為人類相關肌肉疾病提供了新的分子機制;以及揭示了精原幹細胞的轉錄和轉錄後調控圖譜,發現了甘油激酶類蛋白Gykl1/Gk2通過調控線粒體聚集調控精子發生的重要功能,為男性不育提供了新機制和靶點。目前已在Mol Cell, Nucleic Acids Research, Gene & Dev, Protein & Cell,WIRES RNA,J Cell Sci,Cell Dis等雜誌發表SCI論文17篇,其中第一作者或通訊作者論文9篇(6篇Reuters JCR-SCI一區),平均影響因子超過6,總引用次數超400次。主持國家自然科學基金2項,廣東省科技廳基金1項,17年廣州市珠江科技新星,申請和授權兩項專利。主持校級基金和教學改革項目5項,發表教學論文4篇。撰寫清華大學陳曄光院士主編《分子細胞生物學》教材第三版新章節“細胞衰老”,預計2019年出版。
