學術成果

聚焦醫療臨床決策範式轉變這一臨床醫學、信息科學和數據科學領域的交叉研究前沿,在國家自然科學基金等項目支持下,創新和發展人工智慧技術,系統性地開展了大數據驅動的,從數據到知識、從知識到決策的醫療臨床智慧型輔助決策的理論方法研究,從電子病歷等海量醫療臨床數據中發現疾病診療知識,並向臨床套用轉化,輔助臨床診療決策,最佳化醫療過程實踐,取得了一系列創新性的研究成果,為巨觀的疾病診療決策提供必要的微觀技術支持,輔助醫療服務質量的持續改善;同時也形成了從數據到知識、從知識到決策的醫療健康領域內大數據有效利用的典型範例(from data to knowledge to action),為解決數據科學時代的基礎性研究難題(即如何有效利用大數據,形成數據驅動架構下知識發現和決策能力)提供了重要的參考。這些創新性研究成果在生物醫學信息學領域國內外重要學術期刊和會議上發表或錄用論文50餘篇。其中以第一作者或通訊作者身份發表(含錄用)國際核心期刊(SCI)論文40餘篇,領域核心心會議論文9篇,SCI他引400餘次,谷歌學術引用1000餘次,谷歌學術個人H指數19。研究工作得到了國際醫學信息學界的高度關注和正面引用評價,產生了較大的學術影響,被多篇綜述、評論、研究協會的年鑑及PNAS等權威期刊正面引用。
