魏仕民，男，安徽巢湖人，漢族，1962年5月生，中共黨員，理學博士，教授，碩士生導師，安徽省學術技術帶頭人，安徽省中青年學科帶頭人。現任淮北師範大學信息與安全研究所所長、安徽省計算機學會理事等職務。

人物平生
曾主持和承擔國家自然科學基金、教育部科技重點項目、安徽省自然科學基金等國家級和省部級科研項目20餘項，獲得省、部級等科研獎勵10餘項。在國內外重要學術刊物上發表學術論文70多篇。獲得校級教學成果獎4項，省級教學成果一等獎1項。承擔教研項目6項，目前主持和參與省重點教研項目各1項。主持編寫教材多部。 先後9次被評為校級先進個人，2004年被評為安徽省優秀教師，2006年獲得安徽省政府特殊津貼和國務院特殊津貼，2007年被評為安徽省教學名師。
