歡迎來到德雷克大樓（The Drake），一棟位於曼哈頓上東區的豪華公寓樓。
神秘的Gavin Doran先生（特里·奧奎因）和他美貌性感的妻子Olivia（ 范妮莎·L·威廉士）是這裡的主人。樓中住著許多住戶，但他們誰也不知道這棟大樓被黑暗的超自然力量所包圍。每當夢想成真的時刻，他們總認為自己是幸運兒，殊不知他們已經與惡魔簽下了生死契約。
神秘的Gavin Doran
神秘的Gavin Doran一對年輕的情侶－－Henry Martin（戴夫·安納布爾）和Jane Van Veen（瑞切爾·泰勒）－－從遙遠的中西部地區搬到曼哈頓，住進了德雷克大樓。Gavin Doran先生僱傭他們擔任大樓的管理員，但他們很快發現邪惡、困惑和欺騙似乎與這個地方如影隨形。
