研究方向

分子微生物學和生物技術相關領域,主要研究方向包括原核功能基因及其轉錄調控機理,工業酶的生物化學與酶工程以及套用。具體包括:
短小芽孢桿菌(Bacillus pumilus)鹼性蛋白酶基因轉錄調控機理的研究,涉及相關轉錄因子(hpr,degU/S,SinR等)的克隆、表達、與啟動子DNA的互作、基因敲除以及在鹼性蛋白酶基因表達等方面的生物學功能。
工業酶(鹼性蛋白酶、環氧化物水解酶、角蛋白酶等)的催化特性和分子改造,主要採用3D 結構模型的預測與設計,利用定點突變和分子進化策略改造分析這些工業用酶的催化特性,以期獲得更加符合工業套用工藝和技術的突變體酶,同時分析研究結構與功能關係。
在生物技術領域,研究開發農業廢棄蛋白質等生物資源的生物轉化和利用。
