馬東亮

馬東亮,男,1982年8月出生,回族,工學博士,新疆大學副教授。2016年1月博士畢業於天津大學理學院,碩博就讀期間曾獲天津大學“心理健康教育工作先進個人”,“道德文明先進個人”,“天津大學校級優秀幹部”等榮譽。2016年4月到新疆大學物理科學與技術學院工作,主要從事微電子封裝技術及其可靠性、錫基材料的第一性原理計算與實驗研究。近年來在Materials Science & Engineering A,Journal of Alloys and Compounds等期刊上已發表學術論文10餘篇。主持和參與國家自然科學基金項目多項,入選新疆維吾爾自治區“天池博士”人才項目。
