項目摘要
菊科風毛菊屬雪蓮亞屬和雪兔子亞屬很多種類是我國著名民族藥雪蓮花的原植物，全世界約62種，我國約55種，其中絕大部分種類分布於青藏高原。由於生長於高寒生境，性狀存在明顯的趨同進化，加之很多種類標本很少，性狀研究存在不少空白，所以對這兩個亞屬的分類處理十分困難。目前兩個亞屬中都存在較多明顯的分類學問題(如種間界限不清、名實不符、種類鑑定錯誤等)。本項目擬通過文獻考證、標本室和野外居群考察及實驗室研究，充分利用多學科證據（包括花部微形態學、花粉學、細胞學和分子系統學等）深入揭示這兩個類群各主要性狀的變異式樣，評價各性狀的分類學價值以進行合理的種類劃分，最後根據模式方法給予這些種類以正確學名，從而完成對這兩個亞屬的全面分類學修訂。本項目將促進風毛菊屬這一種類極多的大屬的分類學研究，同時為雪蓮花這一我國珍貴藥用植物資源的利用和保護提供基礎科學資料。
