韓士元，男，副教授，博士，研究生導師。濟南大學信息科學與工程學院副院長，濟南大學學報編委會委員、CCF會員、ACM會員、YOCSEF（濟南）委員，國際會議ICCSS、ICIC、SPAC分會主席，2018ACM濟南新星獎獲得者。2012年9月進入濟南大學網路環境智慧型計算技術山東省重點實驗室團隊工作，主要研究興趣為智慧型交通系統，時滯、非線性與網路控制系統的控制理論，及其在車輛主動懸掛系統、智慧型交通燈控制系統中的套用研究等。
