簡歷

韓之明,女,博士,副研究員。
1996年畢業於北京師範大學生物學專業,獲理學學士學位。1996至1997年在中國科學院動物研究所生殖生物學國家重點實驗室受精生物學研究組工作,從事受精機理的研究。1997至2002年為北京師範大學生命科學學院碩博連讀研究生,主要在中國科學院動物研究所從事動物克隆的研究,參與了中國科學院知識創新和科技部攀登項目“異種克隆大熊貓研究”,國家自然科學基金“體細胞克隆牛研究”,“973”課題“異種克隆中線粒體命運研究”以及“治療性克隆靈長類動物模型的建立”等課題的研究工作。2002年7月於北京師範大學獲理學博士學位。2002年12月赴美國坦普爾大學醫學院費爾斯腫瘤與分子生物學研究所從事博士後研究工作,研究方向為動物克隆及胚胎髮育機理,參與了“小鼠克隆的表觀遺傳學研究”,“克隆胚胎的核重編程研究” 及“著床前胚胎的卵裂球胞質碎片化研究”等多項美國國立衛生研究院課題的研究工作。2007年12月任中國科學院動物研究所副研究員,主要從事哺乳動物受精、克隆和早期胚胎髮育的研究。現承擔國家自然科學基金面上項目、國家高技術研究發展計畫(863項目)課題以及中國科學院動物研究所青年科技創新人才資助項目。已在 Biology of Reproduction, Molecular Reproduction and Development, Developmental Biology, Genetics, Trends in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology of the Cell等學術期刊上發表學術論文53篇,其中SCI文章總計43篇,已被引用200餘次。
