項目摘要

本項目依據CLUSTER和POLAR衛星數據，綜合磁場、電漿和強能粒子觀測數據研究磁暴與亞暴等典型的磁層活動，圍繞磁尾重聯、磁暴環電流的形成過程、亞暴的膨脹相觸發等主要問題，探討磁尾電漿片中各種磁結構產生、強能離子成份和通量的變化、分布特徵、來源與去向等與地磁活動過程的關係，通過對近地電漿片中磁場以及強能粒子觀測特性的總結，力求對磁暴環電流的粒子來源、不同亞暴模型的適用性以及不同太陽活
