研究方向
(1)航發和燃機熱端部件傳熱冷卻:構建靜葉內部冷卻流動與傳熱實驗系統、動葉內部冷卻旋轉實驗系統、葉柵氣膜冷卻實驗台等多台套實驗設備,採用實驗手段和數值模擬,對熱端部件內的複雜流動傳熱問題開展機理和工程研究,為熱端部件精細化設計提供基礎數據和快速驗證的支持。
(2)航天推進系統主動熱防護:針對液體火箭發動機燃燒室,研究高熱流密度下高壓碳氫燃料的再生冷卻和液膜冷卻性能,探索新型冷卻方式;針液體燃料衝壓發動機,研究燃燒室高效再生冷卻技術和冷卻模式的匹配與最佳化;針對強預冷發動機,研究部件參數匹配最佳化和冷卻構型設計。
(3)飛行器增壓艙內壓力調節與控制:針對國產大型客機增壓艙內部流道的流量係數和失壓條件下的泄壓載荷開展試驗測量和數值模擬,在此基礎上進行機體結構強度評估,為國產客機適航認證提供重要保障,成果獲得局方的高度重視和設計單位的好評。
(4)高超飛行器熱環境與熱分析:針對高超飛行器內外環境熱綜合效應問題,研究了多元熱載荷產生和傳遞機理,發展了艙室熱環境快速預測方法,為熱環境和熱防護一體化精細設計提供支持。
