陸維盈,男,上海交通大學農業與生物學院副教授,碩士生導師。2011年12月於美國Ohio University獲得分析化學博士學位。美國化學學會(ACS)會員。從事食品分析化學、食品安全與質量控制的研究。對功能保健食品進行了指紋圖譜信息採集、化學計量學建模研究及相關活性評價。運用了高效液相色譜、超高效液相色譜-飛行時間質譜聯用、氣相色譜及活性評價技術等分析技術,對枸杞子、車前子等的活性健康功能組分進行了評價;建立了一系列牛乳的多元指紋圖譜的質量評價及蓄意添加的鑒偽方法;建立了細胞肝毒性的預測模型。以第一或通訊作者在國際重要學術期刊上發表多篇學術論文。
