陶曉奇,西南大學食品科學學院副教授,2014年7月博士畢業後在西南大學食品科學學院任教。
現主要從事食品科學與工程的教學及科研工作,研究領域:細菌耐藥性, 動物性食品安全。攻讀博士期間,參加“十一五”國家科技支撐計畫項目《食品安全關鍵技術》重大項目課題,抗生素殘留引起細菌耐藥性安全評價技術研究(編號:2006BAK02A03),參與國家“十二五”國家科技支撐計畫項目“食品中重要危害物抗體庫的建立及其產品研發”部分研究工作,累計發表SCI文章多篇,其中第1作者11篇,第2作者1篇,完成博士學位論文。
